When you buy a product from a Third-Party Seller:

  • The seller receives your name and shipping address to send you the product.

  • You receive the seller’s username and contact information (via chat).

When you sell a product to a buyer:

  • The buyer receives your shipping return address (if applicable).

  • Marketing Opt-Out: Click “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email or update your preferences in the App.

  • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe/PayPal), which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

  • Access Controls: Only authorized employees can access user data, and only when necessary (e.g., to resolve a support ticket).

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours via email and/or in-app notification, as required by law.


8. Children’s Privacy

itrend is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [support@itrend.com] and we will delete it immediately.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App may contain links to external websites (e.g., payment gateways, shipping tracking pages). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before using them.


12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Displaying a pop-up notification in the App

  • Sending an email to your registered email address

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
