By creating an account or using itrend, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request (e.g., tax authorities, police investigation).
D. Business Transfers
If itrend is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

Marketing Opt-Out: Click “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email or update your preferences in the App.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for the following periods:

Access Controls: Only authorized employees can access user data, and only when necessary (e.g., to resolve a support ticket).
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.
If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours via email and/or in-app notification, as required by law.
8. Children’s Privacy
itrend is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [support@itrend.com] and we will delete it immediately.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use the following technologies to improve the App:

Displaying a pop-up notification in the App

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
